Released for US and Canadian Payroll Customers, End of Year 2016 Phase 3 Statutory Update patches

Patch Numbers:

• 12.1 - Patch 25250004:R12.PAY.B
• 12.2 - Patch 25250004:R12.PAY.C

Important Notes:

• The End of Year 2016 Phase 3 patch includes the End of Year 2016 Phase 1, Phase 2 as well as the Year Begin 2017 statutory updates. Please also note that the End of Year 2016 Phase 3 patch requires the post install steps of running the data installer and hrglobal.drv.
• As a reminder, the Mexico Payroll End of Year 2016 Phase 1 and Year Begin 2017 patches were released separately on December 22nd, 2016 and the release was announced in a separately.

Please be sure to carefully read ALL the readme's before beginning to install these patches to ensure successful processing.

US Highlights:

* State minimum wage rate increase added for New York

* TDI wage base increase for Rhode Island

* Local minimum wage rates added for California localities
