Starwood Hotel improved its data warehousing and operational reporting solution with Oracle Data Integration products, Oracle GoldenGate and Oracle Data Integrator, and Oracle Exadata . The company noticed significant improvements such as “completing extract, transform, and load (ETL) operations for operational reports in 4 to 6 hours, as opposed to 18 to 24 hours previously, a six-fold improvement”, according to Richard Chung, Starwood Hotels’ director of data integration.There are many other improvements that you can directly hear from Starwood Hotels in our upcoming customer event.
