Financial Software Division (OFSS) since 14th Jan 2013. It’s been just few
months & it has been a great learning experience being a part of this
fantastic organization!I have penned down my Induction & Training programexperience for you…
Initial Days:
We were given a warm welcome. It was exciting to meet new joiners from different parts of the country and from different institutes like BITS, IIT's, NIT's, etc. It was a great crowd and many have since been good work colleagues!
OFSS has a well structured intensive Training program; which is much beyond what we have studied in our curriculum. It involves Technical as well as Behavioral Training along with regular interaction with senior management.
The HR Induction process began, we were given detailed insights into the company, its policies and we all were proud to begin our professional journey with such a big software giant.
In one of the sessions we were greeted and welcomed into the organization by one of the company’s Vice President and Global Delivery Leads. We all had a great time interacting with him. He spoke about his journey & gave us insights from his long and successful career with OFSS; about how to make sure we do great work in the organization. It was inspiring to get an opportunity to interact with senior management professional at just the beginning of our career.
Employee Engagement Activities:
All work, no play makes Jack a dull boy! But this is not the case here. OFSS has many facilities like well equipped gym, Table Tennis courts, Volleyball ground, Badminton courts, a great scenic dome which takes you midst the nature; full of greenery!
There are also monthly events like training fiesta, fun Fridays, fresher nights, garba nights, innovative workshops such as ‘Thinking Out of the Box’, etc. which make the employees go stress free of their hectic work schedule and discover the other side of their personality and hence increase the overall productivity.
This Training program has infused confidence in me to
perform & deliver the best in my project & I am completely ready to
face the challenges!!!
All this makes OFSS an ideal place for every innovative, competitive and fun loving individual!
