Webinar: Improve the Employee Experience

I am returning from our HCM World conference where I had an opportunity to speak with over 100 Oracle HCM customers in three days. The customers shared their stories of deploying HCM in the cloud or their plans to do so.

Momentum of customers transitioning to the cloud is continuing to grow. One of the overall objectives of these HCM initiatives is providing better experiences for their employees.  HR is rapidly transitioning from a system for passively managing your personal profiles, updating time reports, and getting a paycheck, to an active channel to interact with employees from the time they apply for a position, to welcoming them on board, creating aspirational career plans, and enabling them to execute those plans. Employees are looking for new ways to communicate with the company and with each other. Providing compelling experiences is critical to the success of such programs.

I noted my observations with an industry analyst I respect, Mark Smith of Ventana Research who noted he had just completed some research on the very same subject and after a lively hour long discussion thought we'd share these thoughts and strategies with you.

We will try to recapture the vigorous conversation in a webinar titled 'Top Trends in 2014 to Improve the Employee Experience' and ask for you to join the conversation. Get more information via the link below and look forward to hearing how you are improving experiences for your co-workers.
