Mutual Materials, a leading manufacturer and distributor of masonry products in the Pacific Northwest, has recently implemented Oracle Transportation Management and achieved some impressive results.
Their truck utilization went from the low 60s to 85-87%, the cost of using their fleet is down by half a million dollars, and they have saved about $1M by more efficiently moving goods within the internal supply chain.
