By participating in user feedback sessions , you will gain knowledge about new designs and functionalities directly from the source, and you may ultimately influence the direction of Oracle HCM products. Attendees will get a preview of mobile and desktop applications for Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and more. Regardless of your current job title, we have a session that might interest you. Here are just a few job profiles we are looking for: employees and line managers, hiring managers, talent recruiters, benefits administrators, business analyst, and more. The main purpose of the feedback sessions is to confirm whether new product design concepts would meet real user goals and needs, and identify what needs to be improved from the usability stand point.
